Level caibration changes

Just to let you know that now the system has settled, we are going through a process of calibration to set the levels on this system to be as close as we can to those on SquashLevels.

It turns out that the levels on this system are a bit low so adjustments are being made to bump everyone up a little. Please allow a few days of adjustment and then it should settle again.
