Entry Window Extended for a Few Days
Dear All,
Thank you to everyone who has entered thus far; this will be my last email (I promise).
Having found out that England Squash will not be doing the seeding until later this week, I have asked them to extend the entry deadline until Thursdays@ 5pm. - this has now been done. We'd love to see a few more entries......
Once the seeding has been done at the end of the week, I'll look to have to draw and schedule back to all entrants as soon as I possibly can. I'll also order the T-shirts for all entrants. Whilst I can make no promises, I have asked if it will be possible to run the event on the Saturday-only for those draws where the number of entrants means 2 days might be excessive. This is especially true for categories where players have only 3 matches. As soon as I have an answer on that I will of course let everyone know.

Please note that you now must be an England Squash member to enter sanctioned events. If you are already a paid up member of an affiliated club, then your membership should be automatically arranged by your club - if unsure please check with your club secretary. Should you need to register yourselves you can do this on the England Squash website here
Important Information
All entries must be made online on the England Squash Website. Entries cannot be made directly with the organisers any more.
If we can do so we will try to arrange the event so that any categories with 8 entrants or less (or 3 games or less for the players) will take place over one day, rather than two.
If the whole event can realistically be held over one day then we will also try to do this. The current consensus is that the Saturday would be the preferable day for this.
Seeding is now the responsibility of England Squash again and not the organisers
Tournament fees should be paid online.
Refreshments including hot & cold drinks, filled rolls, fruit, cakes and bacon rolls will be available
Trophies will be awarded for winners and runners-up. All entrants will receive an event-branded t-shirt.
Can we ask all players, parents and coaches to publicise the event as widely as possible at your clubs please. Tournament poster available on the tournament page of the England Squash website via the link above and it's on the right hand side of the page under 'Files'
